7-Day Doorstep Exchange & Return Policy

At Sreesha Boutique, we believe ethnic fashion should make you feel graceful and confident. If your fit is not completely ideal, or if you wish to try another style, our 7-Day Doorstep Exchange & Return Policy ensures an effortless experience.

1. Eligibility Period

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of package delivery. Requests initiated after 7 days cannot be accommodated by our logistics partners.

2. Return & Exchange Criteria

To ensure a smooth pickup and approval, items must meet the following criteria:

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original brand tags, security loops, and packaging must remain intact.
• Custom tailored or personalized alterations requested by the customer are non-exchangeable.

3. Complimentary Doorstep Pickup

For all approved exchanges, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep. You do not need to visit a post office or courier center.

4. Sizing Exchanges

If you need a different size (e.g., M instead of S), we will reserve and dispatch the replacement size promptly upon initiation of the reverse pickup.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

1. Call or WhatsApp our concierge at 9042522477, or email sreeshaboutiqueofficial@gmail.com with your Order Number and preferred replacement.
2. Our concierge will verify your order and schedule a reverse courier pickup within 24–48 hours.
3. Hand over the securely packaged item with tags intact to the courier personnel.
