What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day doorstep exchange and return policy. If you need a different size or wish to exchange a style, simply notify our concierge via phone or WhatsApp at 9042522477 within 7 days of delivery. Our courier partner will pick up the item directly from your doorstep.

How should I care for handloom silk and chanderi garments?

For pure mulberry silk, chanderi, and velvet pieces with zari or tilla embroidery, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Pure cotton and rayon kurtis can be gently hand-washed in cold water using a mild detergent and dried in the shade.
