You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our Arni facility with zero cancellation charges. Once dispatched and assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) number with our courier partners, the order cannot be cancelled in transit, but can be returned following delivery under our 7-Day Return Policy.
Once a returned item is received at our facility, our quality control team performs a standard inspection within 24 to 48 business hours to confirm that tags are intact and the garment is in unused condition. Upon successful inspection, your refund is approved immediately.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at sreeshaboutiqueofficial@gmail.com with photographs of the defect. We will issue an immediate 100% refund or rush express replacement without delay.
